These Terms of Use govern your use of the CupidDice mobile application. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use CupidDice. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Adult Mode content is intended for users aged 18 and over. By accessing Adult Mode you confirm you are 18 or older.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CupidDice for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App or its content.
CupidDice offers the following paid options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
The Adult Mode contains mature, suggestive and intimate content intended for adults in consensual relationships. This content is fictional and designed for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for how users choose to engage with prompts. All interactions between users are entirely voluntary and at their own discretion.
You agree not to use CupidDice in any way that is unlawful, harmful or offensive. The App is designed for use between consenting adults in private settings.
All content within CupidDice — including but not limited to prompts, graphics, the dice model, UI design and branding — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the App without our written permission.
CupidDice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any relationship outcomes, emotional responses or consequences arising from use of the App or its prompts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of CupidDice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
